I would have benefited much more from a rating of some sort of the various features of each service, or at least the pros & cons of each.

The post is very informative and the list you have shared with is great, but the Constant Contact is good I think to start the company as the live chat features are powerful in it can solve the one query on time. Over an 18-month period, SocialTwist monitored 119 referral campaigns from leading brands and companies.
