This is your first step and for many campaigns, it may be the most important step of all. This is where you define your visual style and merge it with your logo and your brand. If you are already in marketing, I assume that the logo was already created and you also have a business website and maybe a few social media accounts where it can be promoted.
To avoid having your customers lose interest, we do recommend sending a newsletter more than once per month. According to the Direct Marketing Association, most companies send promotional email campaigns 2-3 times per month. To fully take advantage of email marketing, however, you should still be conservative with how frequently you send your campaigns. However, if you sell low cost products then quantity is important and building a huge list would be your goal.
As soon as they’re added to your list, subscribers start providing a lot of useful information about their interests and buying behavior. Know your spam rules. A lot of innocent people send spam because they didn't know any better. Read up on the CAN-SPAM act to avoid any trouble. Put simply, you're allowed to send bulk email only to people who specifically asked to be on your mailing list. If you collected email addresses for a lunch giveaway or an event invitation, then you don't have permission to send marketing emails unless you made that clear at signup. Include an obvious unsubscribe link in every email, and don't forget to remind subscribers how they got on your list in the first place.

Again, it’s perfectly fine if you don’t do this; Moosend’s default affiliate link will still take the referred user to the homepage.
If you are feeling yucky about the prospect of sending emails or writing a “sigh... newsletter,” chances are you’re either unable to articulate any real value through email, or you’re forgetting there are people out there who would value your insights. You just have to find them! It’s entirely on you to write something people will be delighted by—in your unique way.
Even if you’re in a super-tight niche, you probably write blog posts about more than one subtopic in your niche. For example, maybe some of your posts are about deep sea fishing in the Pacific and some are about deep sea fishing in the Atlantic. Another thing, I was promoting an offer over facebook, unfortunatly I never got sales. but this has fired me up. I must use an opt page next time. Then at least I will collect emails.
When I look back at my first batch of emails, I cringe; they were terrible. Accept that yours will be, too. A link will be broken, you’ll have a typo or typos (and everybody will email to point out your idiotic spelling mistake) or you will reread what you’ve written later and feel differently. The list of growing pain blunders goes on. It’s best to experience and move through some of those stresses and mistakes at the beginning when you don't have a huge audience yet. At first, you’ll be mortified. But it’s also not as bad as you think because the stakes are still low.
There are multiple ways you can capture attention with lead nurturing. It often involves a skillful blend of useful information and some sort of product offer. For example, you could offer your expertise free of charge to solve a prospect’s or customer’s problem, via a regular email newsletter. Or offer something special, like a “flash sale.” Or promise something exclusive, like “pre-launch” access to a new product or service.
Be Transparent – You should always disclose to your subscribers if you are receiving a commission for promoting a product or service for honesty, transparency and even legal reasons. The content you create and share should engage people in ways that make them clients in the future. Break the Spam Laws: We’re no longer in the wild west when it comes to email communications. Congress passed the CAN-SPAM Act in 2003, and this law outlines several restrictions that apply to email marketing. The Federal Trade Commission, who is responsible for enforcing these laws, has outlined a compliance guide for businesses that you can find here. Some highlights include not using misleading or false information, including a valid postal address and promptly honoring opt outs.
