Recently gone through bulk email service provider and I got http://www.swipemail.io which offer you 2000 free email on sign up. Under the section White Label you also get the permission to create your own logo, company name and favorite icon. You can create your list and quick upload your data and start your campaign and after sending the campaign you can view your reports. Pretty good free service, I think it new in the market.
